There is essentially no independently verifiable media coverage of MITTE, the Berlin-based NFT trading platform, and it’s worth explaining exactly why before anything else: every single media reference located in this review — five separate entries — turns out to be about "Mitte," the actual central district of Berlin, Germany’s most prominent downtown neighborhood, not this crypto platform. Berlin tourism board pages and a museum-portal listing dominate the search results for this name, and none of them describe the NFT project at all.

No team member is named anywhere in… the registry. RMA™ status is Unverified across all seven pillars. VBTransparencyScore 5.56 at the 41.32nd percentile, ranked 31st of 66 in Experiences. No token is issued. No achievement log entries are recorded, and headquarters is genuinely blank in the record — an unusual gap given the project’s own Berlin-district-adjacent name would suggest a clear location.

The naming choice itself is worth flagging as a structural research obstacle: picking the name of a major European capital’s downtown district makes it genuinely difficult for anyone doing casual due diligence to separate legitimate third-party coverage of the platform from an ocean of unrelated tourism and municipal content — and in this case, the search returned zero genuine hits for the project itself.

This is the kind of profile where the absence of findable information isn’t necessarily evidence of anything specific about the project’s legitimacy — it’s evidence that a name collision this severe makes ordinary due diligence substantially harder than it should be, and a reader evaluating MITTE should account for that specific obstacle rather than mistake "nothing found" for "nothing exists."
