AI Arena serves as the initial training ground for AI models. Here, developers can stake FLOCK tokens to participate as task creators, training nodes, validators, or delegators. Task creators define the desired models and submit tasks to the platform. Training nodes develop or fine-tune models required by task creators, while validators evaluate the models submitted by training nodes. Delegators support other participants’ staking processes, enhancing the network’s validation capacity without directly participating in the task training or validation process. This staking mechanism ensures that participants have a vested interest in the proper execution and overall health of the ecosystem.    
Once models have been trained and validated in AI Arena, they can be further refined in the FL Alliance. This component enables collaborative fine-tuning of AI models using participants’ local data, without the need to share raw data. By leveraging federated learning, FL Alliance ensures privacy-preserving AI training, allowing multiple stakeholders to collectively improve models while maintaining data confidentiality. Participants in the FL Alliance include task creators and FL nodes, who collaborate to fine-tune and evaluate models.   
The final component, the AI Marketplace, provides a platform for deploying and utilizing the refined AI models. Users can propose models, contribute data, and utilize these models in various applications. The marketplace emphasizes decentralization and community engagement, allowing for the co-creation of AI models tailored to specific use cases. It supports a range of applications, from AI-assisted coding and AI companions to privacy-preserving healthcare solutions.   
FLock’s tokenomics play a crucial role in incentivizing participation and ensuring the security of the network. The FLOCK token serves as the primary medium for staking, rewards, and governance within the ecosystem. Participants earn rewards based on their contributions, such as training models, validating results, or providing data. The platform employs a proof-of-stake mechanism to ensure robust security and consensus, aligning participants’ incentives with network integrity.   
To further encourage community involvement, FLock has implemented an airdrop program, allocating 5% of the total FLOCK token supply to trainers, validators, delegators, model users, and community partners. Eligibility criteria include participation in the Model Store or AI Arena, with measures in place to prevent Sybil attacks and ensure fair distribution. 
FLock’s roadmap for 2025 outlines several key milestones aimed at enhancing the platform’s capabilities and expanding its reach. In Q1, the FL Alliance will be deployed on the testnet, marking the beginning of a decentralized, privacy-preserving AI training framework. Q2 will focus on enabling federated AI at the edge and launching Moonbase Beta, an AI Agent platform that allows users to deploy and utilize AI Agents while earning rewards. Q3 will introduce deeper integrations and open up AI model task creation to the community, while Q4 will focus on scaling Moonbase and introducing a sustainable AI model revenue system. 
The platform’s architectural design incorporates both blockchain and AI layers to enhance security, incentivization, and scalability. The blockchain layer manages staking, rewards, and consensus mechanisms, employing strategies to mitigate risks such as Sybil attacks, DoS attacks, and free-rider attacks. The AI layer facilitates model training, validation, and deployment, leveraging federated learning to ensure data privacy and model accuracy.  
FLock also provides comprehensive documentation and tutorials to support developers and users in navigating the platform. Resources include guides for creating and customizing models, contributing knowledge, ensuring quality assurance, and evaluating model performance. Tutorials cover topics such as creating Discord bots with the Model API and integrating Farcaster Frames with the FLock API, enabling users to build interactive, AI-driven applications.
